Anyone have a yummy recipe for BBQ Beef Sandwiches?
Looking to feed 25people on limited budget for a birthday party. Does anyone have any suggestions on what cut of meat to buy and a semi-easy recipe for a crock-pot for BBQ pulled beef sandwiches? Will I need more than one crock-pot to cook all the meat (I have many sides too). Thanks.
feeding that amount of people buy a cheap cut of meat, if you slow cook it it will tender up.
figure 4 people per pound of meat.. I slow cook mine in the oven with some quartered onions and water....
let it cool and shred it then put it in the crock with you fave BBQ sauce and some brown sugar.. yes you will need more than one crock.. one of those electric roasting pans would be best.
